Amy in Dallas? Howdy. We have been scarfing these radishes down in salads. They aren't too spicey, as she harvested them before they'd sat in ground for long. We like. We've been putting some grapples in the salad too, and the combo is pretty good. I guess the trophy photos are mostly to remind us that vegetables are actually grew. She also clipped some of her lettuce yesterday too, and it made a first rate salad.
